First ever low rating for a Hilton property. Told by two staff members that there was no handicap parking Parked on lower level of a garage next to two abandoned vehicles with no plates. Room deadbolt did not work. Although a wonderful maintenance man fixed it quickly, it should have been checked before room was assigned. Room service took much longer than told and arrived cold. Definitely not up to Hilton Standards.

Good location next to nature area an walkable to hospital, which, unfortunately, was needed. The front desk workers could use customer service training, as they are challenged to understand and answer questions like, "Do you have the number to a taxi service?" Answer: most people use Uber...when the number was finally given after two more attempts, it was just said aloud and a specific request to write it down had to be made!!! The breakfast is worse than any I have had since one at a hotel near a in Europe 6 years ago. Avoid the "cooked" items and stick with OJ and boxed cereal.

We had traveled back to the Stamford area for an illustrious Wedding. Our stay with Hampton Inn and Suites was wonderful! The rooms were comfortable and clean! The Housekeeping Department cleaned our room 'daily' and even took the time to leave a delightful 'gift bag' for us during our stay! 🛍 We could not be more 'Elated' by their thoughtful gesture. 😊 The only thing I would recommend is perhaps upgrading their rooms to include a better exhaust system for improved ventilation and maybe including 'Dressers' in the rooms for the repeated Traveler. Otherwise, the staff and service was great! 👍 Thank-you Hampton Inn for your exceptional hospitality! We will definitely be back! 🙂

Positive: I checked in after midnight and the front staff was very kind. 3 levels of complimentary parking. The room was so clean. It had a great view overlooking a park with a river with skyscrapers in the distance. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.
