Beware - I experienced theft and dishonesty in the housekeeping staff and hotel management does not seem too concerned. Very disappointing because I really enjoyed my stay until this happened. **In response to the "owners" comment - I was miles high above Montana when I realized I'd left my rings. I was only able to get a few text messages to my assistant relating the problem, and she called in for me. When I told my assistant "2 rings", I meant my wedding ring (ring and band) and my anniversary band was a completely different ring. These were all in the same dish! Details were unfortunately lost in translation and someone decided to capitalize on me only expecting a return of "2" rings. That's what I don't get - why the partial honesty? And Jose did reach out to me and promised to make it right. I offered a generous reward for the return of my anniversary band, and I never heard another word. So much for making it right. A call back as promised is all I was expecting. When all is said, it's ultimately my fault. I never expected my ring to be returned, but wanted you to be aware of the dishonestly somewhere along the way. I am extremely grateful for the the return of my irreplaceable wedding ring, so thank you.

Great new hotel with top of the line gym equipment and awesome service. They offer to bring you coffee or tea in the am to your room which is amazing! the hotel since newly built is so nice and they will shuttle you anywhere within 5 miles

This property is by far the best of the Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt properties in Stamford. A short walk from the train station (roughly 7-8 minutes) it is clear how much attention is put into the hotel, its rooms and common areas. While the building itself is new, everything is extremely clean, the rooms are well laid out and the designs are very stylish. Combined with a well staffed restaurant/bar area and many free amenities such as free coffee brought to your room, this will be my new hotel for my travels to Stamford.

Undoubtedly, one of the nicer hotels in all of Stamford. Reasonably priced and well situated, this is a good place for anyone to when coming in for business or personal travel. Would absolutely stay here again. If you’re a Hilton member, this is the right property for you!
