The rude valet ruined our whole experience. Guests shouldn't be told "hurry up and get your stuff out of the car", really ??! I paid $236 for one night at a hotel with substandard service. He said this more than once even to my 17 year old nephew who was in the passenger seat.If I hadn't already checked in, I would have driven away and went somewhere else. The desk personnel were nice, but didn't seem to care about how we were treated. I wouldn't stay here again ever. Fellow travelers bypass this exit and keep driving

I give this hotel a 0 for making reservations. The agents are not competent. They deceive you, they are not clear, they put you on hold forever and they don't come back on the line(Michelle, Lola to say a few) The front desk is also not helpful at all and again, they put you on hold and they don't come back on the line.

Great hotel and location. Limited service (although I only needed a place to stay and walking distance to a great choice of bars, restaurants and other entertainment outlets.

Rusted bathtubs, no toiletries provided, room stunk like body odor, limited parking, didn’t get to choose room, and was treated poorly by staff when I arrived. Felt judged and looked down on. Was not worth the money at all.
