I traversed the ENTIRE store, and no one greeted me or offered assistance. I took my self gathered purchases to the handbag counter (staffed by someone who also failed to greet me until I asked for help) and requested a manager. The manager from Fashion Jewelry arrived and explained that they are understaffed. She rang me up for the items and I left. After leaving, I got even more disheartened by my experience and decided to return the items. This took me over an hour as the Manager at Tacoma failed to mentioned that she rang the item up as something else when she sold it to me. Apparently, it was a “penny item” that should have been off the floor. Essentially, she sold me an OLD ITEM for FULL PRICE - completely ignoring the signs. This store clearly has no understanding of service or fair pricing practices (a clear violation of of RCW 19.94.390). Just sad. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Went to purchase 2 Waterford Crystal picture frames @ $175.00 ea that were with a 20 % off sign, which they would not honor, plus I had a gift certificate which they said expired and I HAVE to call to get it reinstated! I walked out!

I visited this store on April 28th, 2022 at 8:00pm (closes a 9pm) and from the moment I walked in the door, they were trying to get people to leave with a intercom announcement every five minutes. By 8:15pm they locked the doors and closed almost all of the dressing rooms. I asked an employee and she pointed across the store, I went across the store but the dressing room was locked. I asked her again, and she chastised me and accused me of not listening to her.... I will never return to this location and I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years and a big fan of their Tasso Elba line of shirts... With the time and date I provided, I would hope the GM sees this and corrects this employee's poor customer service... Customers don't deserve to be chastised just for asking for a changing room.

I love shopping at Macy's you can get great quality for a good price. They have coupons you can use and if you have a Macy card or sign up to be a bronze member you can earn points that turns into $10 off increments to redeem on future purchases. A lot of people think that Macy's is too expensive to shop there but if you shop the clearance racks or during the sales you get great prices!
