I had a radio installed and the install was reasonably fast with excellent results. No issues with any damage in the car. The service was great and the employees are easy to talk to. The cost was a bit higher than I expected, but labor costs just keep going up like everything else.

The advertised “detailed” cleaning it really isn’t. I gave it 2 stars because they got some old stains from the back carpet, but there were still multiple spots that weren’t even touched. And the car was completely empty and fairly clean when I dropped it. The guys were great, I think is just a company policy to bring you in for the simple detail and get you to do more things, but I’m definitely not coming back.

I was really impressed with the service I received. I live far away and needed my stereo replaced the same day, both the sales manager and install manager drove a long ways in opposite directions to get the parts I needed in order to get the new stereo installed the same day. A couple hours for my 2009 Mustang.
I have bought a certain gage wiring kit, 4 gage i think, and a stereo, a couple years ago but, those parts i bought weren't under the warranty since they weren't bought there. I think it's better to get all your system parts at one place because of the warranty and, you won't have to deal with the other businesses that you bought your own parts from. They also give you the installation and, maybe cut you a little deal. Good luck James.
Hey Snow, if you purchase good high end equipment, and totally barder with them, usually they will give you a deal, I got about 80 bucks off for just nagging them. ( nicely).
