I've been a member of many different gyms in the past but CrossFit Steam is by far my favorite. The coaches are very knowledgeable and are super attentive during the workouts. You can't beat the price either! Some CrossFit gyms charge $200+ a month but not here. Don't worry, a low price doesn't mean low quality. The gym is always clean, the equipment is in great shape, and there's always a fun atmosphere at CrossFit Steam.

Crossfit steam is the best!! Awesome coaches and really challenging workouts that can be scaled for any ability and skill level when needed. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming-- don't be intimated and come on in to try out a class! You won't regret it :)

CrossFit Steam is more than just an ordinary CrossFit box, it's a family of members that enjoy working out together. All of the coaches are wonderful and cater to each member during every workout. I've been to other CrossFit boxes and no other box can compare to Steam. I highly recommend dropping into the box to see for yourself

I had my first session with trainer Franco @CrossFit Steam. It was definitely a lot more fun workout then joining any gym. Franco helped me push my self out of my comfort zone and achieve goals set before the workout was started. Also I did not feel pushed in to signing any contracts. Very friendly environment. Cost is a little out of my range but I understand the value proposition here and it is worth it if you are serious about getting in shape.
