I have visited this location twice after a fall I had. Both times the receptionists have been horribly rude for no reason. During my last visit, the receptionist refused to look up my insurance and made me pay a deposit to be seen. She claimed she couldn't look up my policy and I could contact the billing department to give them the info. As someone who works in insurance, I know for a fact you can look up my policy by name, especially with the insurance company I have. The wait time and the providers are decent, but not worth the headache of dealing with Evergreen's staff. I was given an orthopedic referral during my second visit. They called me once and left a voicemail while I was working. I called back over five times and sent messages through the portal to set up an appointment. No one ever got back to me. I had to find a different provider on my own and it turns out I need surgery for my injury. Now, the billing department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I have contacted them well over 10 times with no response from them. I have called, emailed, and even sent them letters. I continue to get bills for my visits two months after submitting the necessary paperwork and information to them. They have not billed my insurance for ANYTHING but are now saying my statements are past due. I have never received such horrible customer service- from the urgent care staff, to the specialists, and now the billing.

I went to the new urgent care in Monroe after going to my usual doctor and they have over a 3 hour wait. I needed stitched in my leg. They got me right in and out and were SO nice. I'm a mom, have an infant and a farm. So a 3 hour wait is just not doable. I really appreciated their quick and efficient care!

Had a long wait, but rested in my car until they called. Physician Assistant was polite and asked all appropriate questions. MA did all she needed to , but not very interactive. Reception was friendly and checked in case yet was a shorter wait elsewhere.

Health care provider did not listen to me, diagnosed me incorrectly, I nearly lost a kidney because of it, but because he lied in his charts, Evergreenhealth backed him (even though based on his reviews I'm not the first unhappy patient). He was incredibly dismissive and rude. Cost me thousands and a month of my life. Do not trust this provider.
