Went to transfer a title. Had to take a number outside and stay outside until your number is called. Apparently. cross training is not embraced by DOL as two clerks were not assisting anyone for 15-20 minutes while 5 customers waited outside. When our number was called and we were allowed in, the clerk was rude. No eye contact, could not hear what she was asking (masked ok with that), acted as though we were imposing or interrupting. her. Awful experience I would give a 0 if I could Bad customer service one of the staff lied to me and told me if I get the original seller to sign off on the certificate of fact then I would get the title released in my name well guess what that wasn't the case after getting it signed I came back then they advised I needed to get it notarized by the seller what a nightmare very unhappy wast of time and gas

Horrible licensing Agency. Came in to register my new Peugeot 406, they told me I had to provide a value for the car. They said go to the dealer and get a value for the car...a Peugeot dealer???? Where! After that, they said that they cannot help me at all! Everyone in this branch needs to go to Olympia to relearn how to take care of customers and how to do the job that they are there for. HORRIBLE place!!!!!! I went to Canyon Park Licensing and was in an out within 10min, I gave them my paperwork, they printed the value of line and that was it.
