The store recently changed their layout quite a bit and removed all but one staffed checkout. It's all self checkout now. They also need to limit book resellers at this location. I'm a book collector and frequently come across people loading carts full of books to resell. They use an app to scan the barcodes to check amazon on whether it is worth reselling or not. This is anti-customer and unethical and Value Village should not be letting them take away from other customers. Sometimes, I wonder if it's even still worth shopping here since it's easy to tell when books have been picked over already, which is often.

No dressing rooms anymore to try on clothes to see if they fit. That would be fine if you can return the clothes and get your money back, giving store credit is unacceptable with no fitting rooms. Something has to change either bring the dressing rooms back or let customers return the clothes that don’t fit and give them their money back not store credit.

This is the best of the Value Villages I've visited. Store staff was friendly. The restroom was clean and donating was a breeze and the staff member was very good. I recommend this location, especially if your looking for used/new clothing. It's a large format store, loaded with many items and departments.

I absolutely love going to this location because of a single employee, leslie (I think his name is) is the happiest and most friendly employee ever! He always greets us with a smile and is ALWAYS upbeat. Definitely makes shopping at this location so much better! The prices are what give it a 4 outta 5 for me. USED toddler shoes for $11.00 is kinda insane especially when they were really worn. Its whatever though, if you don't like the prices, you don't have to buy it right?

up to 1 person can carry so no large items like huge sofas, vv doesn't accept mattresses of any sort as well.
Yes, take a donation every time you shop and receive a discount towards your purchases. The more you donate the bigger the discount.
yes, donation drive through opens at 0900, in store drop at 1100.
I have found they expect you to unload your own donation into the bins, 1 person at a time. You'll have the whole covered area to yourself. Plenty of room.
They may have entered your email address wrong. Or, you may need to allow them to send to you. Check spam or junk folder?
Honey works better than vinegar. I would bet that if you were nice and explained the situation, they would be reasonable and work it out.
