My son and I went in to purchase an engagement ring for his girlfriend. He knew what style he wanted and his price range. With a very short turn around, the Magnans went above and beyond going through inventory to ensure he could walk away with the ring of her dreams that day - and offering free ring sizing if it didn't fit (it did!). He proposed the next day at the top of Mt. Mansfield and we are are very happy to share that she said yes.

I dropped my ring set off on the 8th, and was told I could pick it up a week exactly from that day. I understand the covid virus isn’t something we can control. But I do feel that I should have been reimbursed and/or compensated in some way for the inconvenience. I just got my rings back yesterday, and the owner refused to give me any sort of deal due to the delays. Instead tells me they do free cleanings! I can do the cleaning right here in my home. I only had my rings for 1 week and waited 20 days for them. Mind you I had only asked for a $20 reimbursement. He then told me he told me 10 days, which isn’t true. I know places that do resizing in 24 hours and charge less. I was recommended to this business, but never again will I use their services. The lack to tell you that your property will be shipped to another state. (Which would explain why they’d need extra time) and I surely wouldn’t have been comfortable with my belongings being shipped anywhere.

My husband and I took in my engagement and wedding band to get soldered. When I called to check on my ring, I was surprised to learn they shipped it to Boston for the work. My ring was left to me by my mom and holds sentimental value. Had I known the ring would be shipped, I would have waited to solder the ring until after the holiday craziness. The pandemic has caused so many issues with shipments and such that I became panicked. Luckily, the ring arrived safely and looked perfect! When I explained to the jeweler why I was initially frustrated and scared about the ring being shipped, she responded defensively. Rather than understanding where I was coming from, she provided reasons for having not provided such important information in the first place. Overall, the quality of the work was great! Just disappointed with how the jeweler handled my comment and concerns.

Hello Jessica, Unfortunately we are no longer repairing mechanical watches as our horologist came down with an eye infection and is no longer able to work. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
