They have a strict policy that is posted by every checkout stand. You may return goods within one week of purchase for credit on another item only. Without a receipt, you cannot prove date of purchase, so probably not. You might be able to talk them into a swap for an item of the same or lesser value, but I would not count on it. Too many people steal stuff and try to return it for cash, which they just cannot realistically do.
