For the price it was worth it. Seems like there's renovation going on. Over all the rooms were clean. The bathroom shower had some superficial molding in the caulk but I'm sure that's just the thing that made me seem to catch up to. It was minimal in the corner of the shower. I'm sure that the next time I am there it will be addressed. As I said there is a lot of construction and remodeling going on. Overall for the price it was worth it. Definitely try to get a deal online with some of the apps. It was a short stay but worth it.

For starters the entire hotel STUNK. Our hallway smell of disgusting trash, rotten fish, cigarette smoke and marijuana. Our room was filthy upon arrival and missing a shower curtain. The cabinet doors were falling off. There were dead bugs around the toilet and in the tub. Gum or some other sticky substance smashed into the carpet. The shower head was falling off and sprayed the entire bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. The room was humid no matter what temperature it was set at. The neighboring room was smoking inside their room and seeped into our room, with three younger children. When we left for the day we asked for housekeeping to come in to tidy up and to give us fresh sheets and towels. When we got back they hadn’t done so so I went to the desk to ask again. They told me sorry but not sorry housekeeping isn’t here anymore (they had 10 hours from when I asked until we returned). As we walked the three younger kids to the car, another room had a pair of female underwear hanging on the outside door handle. When cleaning up and making sure we had everything we found a marijuana grinder under the bed along with a candle.

If i could give this place no stars i would. The room is very outdated. Has hot plates to cook that look like they been here since the 60’s. The water in the bathroom never got hot. When we called to complain they said that maybe turning it to the cold side would make it hot. It did not. So me and my partner had to take lukewarm showers. The blankets are hard and stiff. Then when we arrived late at night our key wasn’t working. Called the front desk no one answered. Called after hours assistance and they said nobody was answering their calls as well. Someone staying at the hotel let us in, we tried the key to go to our room, wasn’t working. Went back to the front desk Called after hours assistance again and they told us, sometimes the workers are hiding in the laundry room. And they were right, we got the guy to come out and he’s gonna ask us did we try calling…. Like yes for almost an hour and we banged on the windows, if you’re managing the front desk, actually do your job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location is good and easy access to the mall but not worth the money to stay here. This is supposed to be nonsmoking but the bathrooms and hallways smell like smoke. The room was not cleaned well, I took clorox wipes and wiped the kitchen and bathroom. The cords to the telephone and clock were dusty and dirty. Got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and saw a roach. This was totally not worth the money we paid to stay here. I am very disappointed! There was trash in the trash can when we checked in and no one came the next day to empty the trash, check the room, clean, replace the empty tissue box, nothing.

You need to have a credit card or debit card in your name, so I'm thinking at least 18. I may be wrong though. Best bet would be to call them directly and ask
