Gabrielle did a great job welcoming my son and I to TD bank in East Rutherford . Very informative, cooperative and professional ! Louis was also super kind on the phone giving us the address since we are new to the area ! All in all a great bank to go to !

I’m always have this bank since I was 17 years old. But today was a nasty customer service. I just wish I could had something. I’m sure she don’t work for free. This why this bank is losing a lot customer service. I would like to close my account which this what I’m going to do soon. Nasty people don’t belong a job. She was total nasty dispectful. Next time I I’ll talk to the bank manager.

please don't open business accounts in this bank. look like scam bank . I can't do transactions over $2000 . try to call nobody answers. I use just debit card it means you can do whatever with your money but in this bank if you put money in it's hard to get money back. be careful with your money

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with my local TD Bank branch (East Rutherford, NJ). I have stored a few valuable items in safety boxes since 2015, including a series of collector gold coins. Upon my last visit, I noticed that (2) coins [(1) 5 oz gold coin and (1) 1 oz gold coin, both from the 1986 Olympics] were missing (valued around $15K), even though I am the only person authorized to remove them and I only visited once every quarter. My family and I requested the branch supervisor for security tapes for the store on the days of our last recorded visits, and they either ignored our requests or denied us access to the tapes. After three in-person attempts to get the videos, the supervisor (Monique) did not cooperate at all. We asked to speak with the supervisor’s boss and were not given a contact. All in all, it has been a terrible experience. The store supervisors have had no empathy with this situation and have shown little professionalism while dealing with this issue. They have also not provided any options or alternatives to track down the missing items, and have not provided any compensations to make up for the lost assets. If you plan to store items in TD Bank safe boxes, please think twice, as they will NOT have your back or take accountability for any incidents.
