Tldr: drive thru service is great, in store service is pretty bad. Their drive thru is usually pretty good unless you order a lot of things because they have a tendency to forget things in big orders (at least in my experience). That being said, if you go inside for lobby service they suck. Most recently I went inside the lobby first since I didn't really want to eat in the car and there was a line of four people, which isn't that many, and I can see that the employee is currently filling a rather large order so I have no problem waiting for him to finish that first. After he got done with that he walked into the back? There's a good chance that there was task for him to finish first and I get that, but he didn't even acknowledge the customers waiting with a "be with you in a moment" I left and went through the drive thru instead since I was a little pressured for time (not the employees fault that I was late, that's all on me, but I still needed food and therefore service and I actually watched a car that pulled into the lot at the same time as me leaving as I stood in line). This is not the only time I've walked into the lobby just to be ignored, just the most recent time. It's the only place I've been that prioritizes drive thru customers over in store customers.

Long lines in the drive through and inside. Took over 20 minutes from the time I arrived until I got my botched order. Add another 10 minutes to correct my order.

Tonight we had a young man names Tobias who helped us and he was fabulous. Despite the drink dispensers not working properly and a sticky floor he managed to keep a posative attitude which is greatly appreciated. 😁 ********************** I have a lot of food allergies and there is little I can eat on the menu. My son loves the spicy ghost 👻 pepper 🌶 sauce. Like obsessed with it. I frequently run into the problem of no baked potatoes. I know there is a national staffing shortage but this seems to be an issue not just at my local location. If there is a schedule they keep of when the cook there potatoes I would love to know when that is.

I don't do a lot of reviews, however I felt it necessary to post this one. I stop to pick up dinner last night and went inside to order. Don help me at the counter and just made me smile. It was very refreshing to have someone around that was genuinely nice and wanting to provide the best customer service. He even mentioned he wanted happy customers so that they keep coming back. It was great to be in an environment that had such a happy vibe. They were super busy and looked understaffed, but that didn't stop Don from still doing his job and with a big smile. He definitely deserves a raise or at least some good recognition. Thanks Don for giving me some hope in humanity again.

Yes I'd recommend doordash as Wendys is a partner but I believe Uber eats does Wendy's as well but you'd have to look that up
It was 7 pm.
It is being remodeled. My sister-in-law works for Wendy's so I text her to find out. She says hopefully in a week it will be open.☺
