My daughter went to return an item that did not fit her. I ordered it online. Apparently the woman helping her could not figure out how to do this without a barcode. I had provided her with the original order email which has sku’s, but not the necessary bar code. Luckily I had saved the packing information. I sent her a photo of the bar code. My daughter again got into line saying she wanted to return the item and provided the barcode. The woman’s response then said “why didn’t you say so the first time.” She had. My daughter left your store crying because someone didn’t know how to do her job and blamed my daughter for not communicating well. How is this customer service? I am so upset with this experience. How dare you put people down because you don’t know how to do your job.

They have removed a lot of their clothing racks and reduced selection. I went looking for dress shirts and kohl's has been my go to for years. Not much anymore. Only basic colors and sizes available in store.

Beautiful store with very friendly staff always willing to help you find what you need. It is interesting that they have digital prices on everything which means at any time they can adjust the price of the clothes based on supplies and demand. Also it's great you can get Cash back when you bring in your Amazon returns!
