This review may seem odd as its not a review on their services as a provider of Kenworth Inventory but rather as a thank you to one amazing driver. You see I live in Marysville just off 88th and I help manage a shelter for abandoned or sick animals. I have a particularly spunky husky(Maximillian) who is way to energetic for his age. The day was just like any other day, as I unlocked the door to my clinic and the jingle jangle of my keys reverberated through out the facility like the bells of reindeer on the roof of children's dreams. A pair of fluffy black ears must have perked up and made a mad dash towards the oncoming affection like so many mornings before this. It was a Monday, which means I had new groceries and supplies in hand. Had it been any other day I would not typing out this review now. My door had not been cracked but an inch before the force of charging bull blew me aside as if I was made of cotton and feathers. Maximillian was out. He knew not of the city outside the walls of his enclosure. If my employees and I ever did trips outside it was to go on a medium paced hike through a wooded area with multiple dogs, goats, and even sometimes cats. This was of course to keep the party safe. Now that Maximillian was out his Husky instincts took over and he darted to and fro. I dropped everything and tried to beckon him by his full name, "MAXIMILLIAN CHOGONDESE GET OVER HERE NOW' To him it was a fun game of cat and mouse. I saw behind him the traffic of the street and I knew the fate that would await this loveable pup hath he 180 and run. My worst fears were quickly realized, as if in slow-motion I saw his body turn and make a bee line towards the street. My eyes closed not wanting to see the ending fate had in store for my Husky boy. What happened next is the reason for this long winded review. A young red haired man must have seen me struggling on the side of the road and had already formulated a plan as if predicting the future but 60 seconds ahead. The dog dashed and this heroic driver swung his van to stop traffic dead in its tracks no doubt putting his own life at risk. Emergency lights blinking and the smell of brake fluid and rubber filled my senses. I opened my eyes and this handsome young man has Maximillian in his arms. I ran as fast as i could over to say thank you and grab the dog but no words came out. Seeing a miracle happen had taken my breath away. Words were not shared but we talked for years in that 5 seconds of eye contact. Ill never forget the man with red hair. Maximillian is next to me now. He has a new toy, a Kenworth Truck.

Our experience with Kenworth in Marysville, was not what we expected. We did not read the reviews😟 Back brakes on our tow truck needed replacing. Kenworth=Big trucks, fast turn around!! Not so at this place! Handed over the rig on the 28th did not get it back til the 16th of the next month. There was no urgency or coaxing that would budge these people into anything but a snail's pace. Went up the chain of command to no avail (all were vacationing?) And to top it off 4 days after picking up the truck, paid in full. We receive a call letting us know that we owed an additional amount. We had paid the amount on the invoice. They created another invoice after it was paid. And it had calculated an additional amount. What kind of company does that?
