Kim does a great job on our nails! However, every time I’ve gone in the last 4 months, the rate has increased. (I just get an acrylic fill with shellac and have oval/pointed nails.) I’m just fed up after what they charged my daughter! Monday, 7/18, my 14 year old went in to get a full set again, but without me this time. (She pays with her own money.) They charged her $92! (Which included a 10% tip) An acrylic full set, not gel is usually $35. This time, Annie just explained, they’re charging $45 + $5 for the coffin shape. (This included shellac) Annie just told me they now charge $30 for designs. (Mind you, my daughter has been getting designs every time and they’ve always quoted $10-$15.) They’ve now lost my business.

I would not recommend this salon. I had one good experience but the next experience I had was horrible.I went in for a fill and a pedicure at 11 had to be to work at 3 so I figured that was enough time. Well I sat in water until it was cold about 25 min and then said I don't have time for both so I'll just do gel color on my toes. The lady told me it's 35$ just for gel polish if I won't get a pedicure and 15$ extra with a pedicure. So I guess I'll get a pedicure and she said someone will do my acrylic nails while I'm getting my pedicure. Okay, I guess that works. The lady started doing my acrylic nails and I told her I would like them rounded she told me that's 5$ extra okay, then I asked for french tip that's 10$ extra then I asked for a silver line, that's 10$ extra I ended up paying 55$ for a fill then I asked her to please make them thinner and she said okay. By the time I was done I wasn't very happy about the polish was so far away from my cuticle it looks like I need a fill already, they are ridged bumpy and thick. I was really not happy about getting charged so much for every little thing, and not even being happy with them! I make an appointment a few days later for them to fix my nails because there is little black spots all over them and they are so thick by the cuticle I made my appointment for 430 I come in and am questioned why I don't like them I tell her and she argues with me, then tells me they don't have time to fix them. I told her I made an appointment and she ignores me. So I get up and leave. I'm sad because I blew over 140$ with tip for a pedicure and fill and when I'm not satisfied I don't get recognized. Very bad business owners if you ask me . Now I'm stuck with these nails until they fall off or until I get a fill but I don't want to spend another 30$ on a fill 3 days after getting them done. DONT GO HERE

This was my first time here and I wanted 3 services. The staff is friendly but the results of my full set and pedicure are not up to the standards I expected. The polish on my pedicure just doesn’t look neat and parts of my toes aren’t painted fully. Just bc someone doesn’t want gel that doesn’t excuse these nail techs giving sub-par pedicures to those who just want regular polish. My nails are my main issue with my experience. Look at my nails compared to the screenshot I SHOWED the nail tech. The flash makes them look fine but in person and in different lighting it’s not good. The polish also looks chunky in the cuticle area (btw no work was done on my cuticles). I also didn’t appreciate the uneven clipping she did to my real nails beforehand. My nails look nothing like what I wanted. She didn’t even do the process correctly. You’re supposed to use the powder stuff for this style not polish. Although while she did them I was able to check and say something but I didn’t realize how off course she was with what I originally wanted. I also think they’re ok looking despite them not being what I want which was another reason I chose not to be difficult. I’m not satisfied with the shape or the way the polished was placed; she was lowkey rushing it. Pink and white is $45+. My nail lady wrote $45 on my slip but another nail tech came up behind her and told her something then they scribbled out what was written and wrote $50 instead. I’m confused on why that occurred and would’ve appreciated if they’d communicated the bill to me rather than just discussing it amongst one another especially since my nails are far from spectacular so I don’t get why I was charged the extra $5. Now I see why another customer caused a small scene about her bill during my pedicure. I didn’t realize how much I didn’t like anything until I got home and really saw how everything looked. The only thing I care for is my eyebrow waxing. I will not be returning here; if they can’t even do a pink and white set I don’t think they’ll be capable of other designs I would want. I probably wouldn’t even be satisfied with a regular full set! I would much rather get my nails done by an Instagram nail tech; they’re pricier but worth it unlike nail salons nowadays.

I only knew of this place because my cousin helped with a bunch of the renovations and he would post photos of the work done. It looked BEAUTIFUL and with my birthday coming up I already knew I wanted my nails done so I made an appointment here. The facility was beautiful and clean. Everyone there was friendly and they did a great job. I did the deluxe manicure and luxury pedicure. Both totally worth it! I wish the salt scrub/massage were a but longer but that is pretty minor compared to their quality of service, friendliness and reasonable pricing for their packages. A little bonus feature that I really liked for the pedicure was the leg rest so instead of them holding your leg up or you holding it up you can just let it rest and relax.
