Not only did I lose $200 on undelivered lighting, but there is no recourse by phone, website or email. However, BEWARE, beyond the past bad faith and thievery! There is now a fraudulent website that is linked to Sturbridge Yankee Workshop that is almost the same as the original one, but it looks like a phishing scam -- to rip off the unsuspecting again. I would not even give a single star to this unfortunate outfit, which is unfortunately untrustworthy.

My mother ordered $125 worth of items in late July and was charged. Items never came. She called various numbers I found and one of them was for Sturbridge in Maine. Nothing to do with this Sturbridge but the woman told her that MA closed their doors on Aug 10 unannounced. Tomorrow I will contact the credit card company and get the charge erased. Sad ending for such a long running company

Same here - like they disappeared but somehow, just last month they sent out a Halloween catalog
