Careful if you rent here, there's a clause in the lease that states " YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO INSTALL AIR CONDITIONERS IN THE UNITS WITHOUT A DOCTOR'S NOTE SAYING IT IS MEDICALLY NECESSARY. These are 3 story buildings!!!!

Family, Senior's friendly. It well maintained. Ouiet and feels like it's off the beaten path. But its just minutes away from Town Center, Police Dept. YMCA, Post Office and an array of different services.

This apartment complex accommodates people on Pierce County Housing and people not on housing, qualify by making 3 times the rent. It is best to contact the leasing office for promotions, employer discounts, eligibility and availability.
It's subsidized housing through Pierce county housing authority so as far as I know it's 30% of your income. Full rent for a one bdrm is $710.
