Over priced and hidden fees they don’t tell you about when you sign the lease. The dirt road leading into the apartments is atrocious, with all the money everyone pays to live here it’s amazing that we can’t get a paved road to drive on. Wouldn’t recommend living here.

Not worth the price. If your apartment is on the first floor expect to hear everything from the second floor. Walls are extremely thin and no privacy whatsoever. Definitely not handicap accessible. Apartments are dark, hardly any windows. Hallways smell like garbage or marijuana. They only take care of the main building so if you want to live in a cheap hotel setting than this is it. Parking is horrible.

• The TV on the exercise equipment do not work. It is February 2019. They have not worded since August of 2018. • The doors do not have signs. Only 1 door will open. In an emergency this is dangerous. • The place smells. The Corrective action was not to clean but to put air fresheners though out the buildings. Now you cannot go in the elevator because the smell gives you a headache. • Dogs poop outside and no one cleans it up. If you want to walk on the grass you will have to clean your shoes. • There is not enough parking so people park in the mud. • The parking garage is flooded all the time • The only convenient entrance is a dirt road so you have to go 5 minutes out of your way to get on 390 • If you use the parking garage it is so dirty you need to wash your car every day. • There is something wrong with the furnace. The apartments get so dusty. I have not seen anything like it. • The carpet has no padding. You have to use a second carpet. • The apartment was not clean when we moved it. Dust everywhere, dirty baseboards, an inch of dust on the fans, Items from previous owner in the apartment. • The lights outside the building are inadequate. You cannot see in the parking area. • The door to the Garage has been broken for the entire time we lived here. 7 months • The Garbage shoot smells because they do not empty it frequently enough. The corrective action to this was to shut it down and make you bring the garbage outside. • The showers do not have enough water pressure

Beautiful facility, terrible sound isolation. I hear every foot step, sounds like elephants are coming through the floor. I can hear it while I am in the shower, that is how bad it is. It is constant, distracting, and my dog hides under the bed all night long. Love my apartment, it is really nice but sad to say I will not renew my lease, I came here for peace and quiet and am getting nothing of the sort. Parking is terrible as well.
