I went here last night. I went for an extreme migraine & other issues. I waited in the waiting area for an hour before being called back. While waiting a man was loudly gagging every minute.. I was trying to find a quiet place to wait & nothing was available. I was called back for vitals, they did not check my temperature. I was placed in a room where I would then wait for 2 hours without being checked on. Finally a woman came in & said there was o my 1 doctor working & gave me a blanket. I was in extreme pain. I told them I drove myself so they’d know I’m not there for opiates. There is a anti inflammatory I could have been administered yet I just lay there waiting for a total of 3 hours. All while I can hear the man gagging, the nurse staff talk about their lives, laughing & being really inconsiderate of someone suffering a migraine. Maybe they don’t know how truly awful it is? I’m a single mom. I left my 2 children at home to come here.. this is an emergency. I simply could not wait any longer.. I went outside my room & said I can’t wait any longer, my children are home alone & I have waited too long. The nurse said what room are you I , I pointed, she said ok guess you’re feeling better. I left & felt failed by this hospital. What I don’t understand is why the wait without communication? They were not busy. Why weren’t my vitals checked properly? I got home & temp was 104.2. I was shivering & very weak. Thank god I am feeling better now but I will never attemp to get help from this hospital again. What a failure!

Recently delivered my baby at this hospital. The nursing staff went above and beyond to take care of my husband and I during our stay. Dr. Janeway was absolutely incredible for my delivery. He kept me calm, collected and even laughing between pushes. The anesthesiologist Jeremy gave me an incredible epidural. Painless, good dosing and fast recovery from it. Didn't feel a thing during delivery and recovered from the epidural within 30 minutes. Highly recommend for having your baby.

We went in for labor and delivery for an induction and ended up staying about 5 days. The team here was so kind and friendly. They made the experience way more comfortable and I felt safe. They also followed up with us after we went home to make sure I didn't have any questions as a first time mom and made sure to let me know they were always available if I needed them. Highly recommend this team if you are planning to deliver in the Arlington area.

Excellent choice for emergency care with skilled staff who diagnosed our problem, immediate actions, and provided scripts for meds. The facility has its own imaging facility and staff who quickly gathered data for diagnosis. The Espresso and Gift Shop run by Tammy is very nice with excellent tea plus a fine selection of gifts.
