No question in my mind Dwayne Lane Arlington Chevrolet deserves 5 stars. This was my first time buying a car and i could not have asked for a better experience. From the time I first contacted Dwayne Lane with interest in buying a car, to having a routine pre-road trip inspection, the service and care has blown me away. The salesmen were very welcoming, courteous, and informative. As a first time car buyer, I didn't know all of the specific questions to ask and the salesmen were very open and forthcoming about offering answers to common questions that I didn't think to ask. Then, for financing, I did my own research and came in with a plan to use the best lender I found. But Jake, the finance manager, was able to find me a much better rate, even better then NFCU. I am now planning on moving to CA and wanted to get my car checked before the long road trip. Their service has been absolutely AMAZING. Very courteous and thorough. I have full faith in the work they're doing and am disappointed I wont be in the area to have them service my car in the future. If this is your first, or last, time buying a car, go to Dwayne Lane!

went in for oil change. when i asked if my gear boxes had been checked they said yep all are good. well i watched them not do anything but change the oil and filter. no tire check nothing. SO when i asked they had assumed a 2018 with 5400 miles on it...tech thought it didnt need that stuff to be checked. it was checked later after i asked and told them i watched them do nothing. kinda upsetting for a dealer ship not do basic stuff when i know a impendent shop with make sure your 100 % oh and my tires read 35 psi on 3 and 27 psi on the front left so they were not checked and noted as all good. i will say Jason corrected the issues for me witch made me happy.

had a problem with a oil drip and they cleaned it up . Also my anti theft light came on and it wouldn't start and Jason and his team magically fixed the problem. Thanks to him and his crew.

Drew, James and everyone were so nice and they helped me make sure my purchase was just right. I sent the quote on the build to 3 dealerships, Drew called first, the second called a week later, basically told me it was impossible to get this car and then continued to try to sell me used versions of the make and model I wanted but not with the bells and whistles I wanted and the third never contacted me. Not impossible because she's parked right out front. Thanks Drew, James and team. Early bird gets the worm.

No one should have to wait for parts! With their car setting in Arlington Dwayne lanes shop!! With no answers! Other than they can't get parts!! 7-weeks!!
