I can tell they truly care about their patients and not just about money because they keep their pricing more reasonable than anywhere else that I have seen to make pet care affordable. I was also greatly appreciative of how they got my boy Nacho in to be seen same day even though it was later in the day due to needing to be seen promptly. This was our first time there and I was pleased overall and we will definitely return as needed in the future. They did great with communicating cost and treatment as well.

Never in my life have I met a group of people who were more caring n helpful then when I took my cats here. Not only were they very professional but also extremely human. Thoughtful and understanding to the pain of haveing to put down a furry family member. Iam so thankful for their help n understanding n caring for the most traumatic thing any pet owner should ever have to go thru. If I could give more stars I would they were wonderful.

I would not recommend this place, I would use google to diagnose my pet before I would go there again. Staff is not educated at all, the vet would not come talk to us. There only interest is to get your money, up sell you to do test sell you mends that that won't help that and they have no compassion. I would not recommend even as a last resort. STAY FARE AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! if you love your fury loved ones.

Claimed to do a procedure that was not done. Charged additional fees for procedures not done. An amniocentesis always leaves small puncture marks when done, there were none at all. We have had the same procedure done on our pet at different vets and always had very good results. This was not the case here and we do not believe they even did the procedure. When I called to ask what they could do to help, the "boss doctor" immediately started yelling at me and told me to take him to another vet. This was shocking to say the least and our dog is still suffering greatly. Their prescriptions are more than twice that of other vets as well. We will certainly take our pet elsewhere where we feel the vet actually cares for them and not just looking for as many things to charge for as possible. Our poor little guy is suffering and they don't care at all. Edit: our poor little dog, Mason, just passed. If they had done their jobs, he'd likely still have more time. Being yelled at right before this by the vet who said he knew what he was doing but obviously did not really made things even worse. What a cruel person.

I would try Noah animal shelter
Yes we do care for guinea pigs. Our exotic doctor does his walk-ins from 9am until noon, Monday through Friday.
