Lived here for about 2 years. Pros: Great and helpful staff. Tons of kids. Good response time on maintenance issues. Units are nice but somewhat cheap building materials. Pool is nice and well maintained but gets very crowded. Cons: Very close to Hwy 9 which gets surprisingly noisy. No one picks up after their dogs. W/D in unit is nice but you will do laundry almost every day if you have kids due to how inefficient they are. Parking is a joke and the free spots fill quickly, be sure to rent a space.

They are great in the office. Really willing to work with you with any issues you may have. Great amenities as well. Neighbors are not load either not super quiet but compared to alot of apartments not bad at all. Complex is only 2 years old so pretty modern inside.

Pet friendly, new construction, apartment layout makes good use of space. Managers are great to deal with. I like it!

Very poor management. Be careful of Williams Investments properties, they have a record of discriminating against people and double charging them rent. The regional manager Christina is very unprofessional along with her staff on various properties. If you feel your rights have been infringed please contact Human Rights Commission and report them.
