I had an amazing experience here!! I went in for something that was a bit uncomfortable to discuss, but they put me so at ease!! Reception was very friendly. They saw me right away. I believe the CNA's name was Aiden* and they were beyond amazing! Very comforting and reassuring and made me laugh. Dr. Frank was also fantastic, going through all my options for different things and making sure I got everything I needed from the appointment. I will definitely go back if I need same day care again!!

Was just denied an appointment for my daughter who has been sick for over a week and may need antibiotics. She had a negative covid test but was still denied medical care because quote, "they are not equipped to handle anyone with any covid symptoms". What are the doctors doing if they aren't treating sick people? And what about that place isn't safe for a sick child? Are the facilities so poorly maintained and sanitized that they can not allow any sick people into the doctor? Very rude receptionist and the worst doctors for refusing to treat sick children.

I can't believe I'm giving any healthcare facility in the U.S. five stars but everyone from the front desk person to the PA/RN to the MD were cool. Even my BP was low. Many times better experience than at Kaiser NorCal facilities. I will savor this special, if not rare experience.

Checked in via phone, was told the wait is 2-2.5 hours. Asked if I could leave and come back in 1.5 hours, and they told me I have to stay on the premises. Did not communicate with me while I sat cold in the parking lot for 4 hours with a fever in my car, where I ran out of water at 2 hours, and did not bring food since I was expecting a 2 hour wait. I called and was told I was next on the waitlist at 3 hours and was finally able to get in at 4. Receptionist, doctor and nurse were apologetic and kind, but the no leaving the property or you could possibly not be seen policy is ridiculous.
