This 'company's doesn't sell insurance they sell aggravation, disappointment, and regret. Purchased smartphone coverage. Phone screen cracked, working with them has been a nightmare. Long story short, their phone repair provider doesn't accept their claims.

Customer service is awful...i dealt with several different women trying to access my business account...My wife passed away recently and forgot to return a damaged phone... I (owner of the account) was not even allowed to get past the verification stage, even after offering my social security number, federal tax ID number, wife's social security number...etc...Terrible, Terrible experience
