I suggest we all file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau! I'm not sure of another way to ACTUALLY hold Everett Clinic accountable for their terrible business model. The least we can surmise is that Everett Clinic is fueled by greed. Everett Clinic cut wages for the staff, this is why we can't get through for even simple things like a phone call. When you call, the automated system says something like; "Your call is important to us".. "Service is a commitment".. "our philosophy and goal is 100% customer satisfaction". Complete LIES!!! I must add Julie Kahnamoui is an extremely abrasive character, to say the least. She is also pretentious in that she believes she has a deep understanding of psychologically related issues. It seems that many people have not seen this side of her, but it does lie dormant. If you don't do everything exactly as she suggests she will put you down and chew you out. My last appointment with her was so abusive I vowed to never see her again. We all know they change their systems every other day, exaggerating, but at least for the video-based appointments. On the other hand, I love some of the staff, particularly Dr Sharf. He is not only competent in family medicine but he is also quite knowledgeable about Psychology. He's pretty much an ace and obviously a highly intelligent man.

Love Dr Sperry and his nurses, but i’ve been on hold 23 minutes now, can’t even get an appointment. Then when you get thru it’s over 6 weeks, I love them when it was associates in family medicine, but not the Everett Clinic.

I will agree the transition to becoming part of the Everett clinic has been very annoying. However I will always keep coming here to see Dr. Sperry and his nurses "Jill's my favorite". They are excellent and always treat me like family. Thank you

everyone there are great. I love my doctor. The trouble is with their phone customer service. if you call plan on waiting a good half hour on hold, then leave a message and they might call you back tomorrow, but if you miss their call you get to call them back and start all over again by leaving another message for the nurse. i am very discussed with this. it needs to be fixed. not even close to customer service and we care about you. im giving them a 1 star for customer service. everything else is great.

The parking is pretty good. We have always found a spot. The only problem you might face is that the lot is on a slope making it kinda tricky for people with wheelchairs.
