This place takes forever!! They need to hire more help. Only one person working to make drinks, work the retail side, and run the register. No sense of urgency. Waited in line for 30 minutes only to find out the machine was broken to make a matcha or chai latte!! I walked out short on time and empty handed. 😡🤯

I'd wanted to check out Spice Hut forever, but never made the time. That was a mistake. The store is truly impressive and they carry spices that aren't easily found in Bellingham. I spent way more than I intended, because I wanted everything. If you're a steak fan, they have a Merlot salt that is just unbelievably good.

I ordered Thai Tea (a traditionally sweet and creamy iced tea) and i was given unsweetened watery tea. I didn't think I would have to ask for sweetener because Thai Tea is supposed to be sweet. A little disappointed.

Great selections of teas and spices. The Bellingham fog drink is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a smelling bar of thier teas which is great.
