Kelly guided me and my wife through the entire process of renting a 45’ x 11‘ parking spot for our vehicle storage needs. He was polite, attentive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. When checking in we had a pleasant conversation while still covering all of the ins and outs of the legal jargon. This is my second time renting a storage space from Pantec Mini Storage because of these continued pleasant experiences. I would recommend the storage facility to anybody I know. I've had a storage unit through the company I work for, at this facility, for over 20 years have never had a issue. It was always a great facility, managed by great people until the present management came into play/power. He aggessivly confronts people with abusive language and threats if someone questions his power within his self described domain. When a business and people that has spent thousands of dollars for a service and then gets accosted and their property is held, illegally for a paid rental, they should not be trespassed upon or verbally threaten or acosted. He then threatens our ability to rent units within the Whatcom County area, to be able to run our business, because he had the power to black ball us. Do not rent from this facility if you can.

Can't say enough about them being above and beyond the best, most professional yet friendly and flexible operation one could expect. I travel quite bit and have to store vehicles, campers, trailers etc. This is a very secure, well maintained and fairly priced operation run by likable and competent people.
