Rented bikes for me and five friends to do a loaded bike tour across all of the islands. Thomas was super helpful in planning the trip and provided us with everything we needed. The bikes were in really good condition. We had one cassette that wouldn't stop skipping, and within fifteen minutes of us calling Thomas we met us with a new bike to swap out for the one that was giving us grief. Biking is an awesome way to see the islands and Cycle San Juan is the best place to rent from.

We had so much fun on the E Bikes! We came up for a girls weekend. Thomas was so kind and explained how the bikes worked and where to go. The maps he gave us and the one on the bike was so nice to have. The Ebikes were so nice to use because they only require minimal effort. Our bums and legs were still sore after the long day of riding due to lots of little hills to climb, but the views and sun and breeze were worth it and in my opinion the best way to discover the island. One of my friends had a medical emergency so we called Thomas and he quickly drove his van down to pick her and a couple of the other girls (he offered to take us all, but we wanted to keep riding) up to take her to the ER. He went above and beyond what was expected of him and we deeply appreciate him. He has great customer service! We would 100% recommend the business for your bike rentals and would 100% come back to rent from him again!

First time visiting San Juan Island for a day trip on 4th of July. Rented Bike with Thomas. Bikes were new, in good condition. We got bags to carry our bag & helmet. We didn't feel rushed, Thomas gave us recommendation on what route to take based on what we want our experience to be which we took and had a great time. Shop was ~15 mins walk from the ferry terminal (but weather was great so we didnt mind) although Thomas told us when we met that he could have come to drop the bike for us at Friday Harbor Ferry Terminal. Thomas was so nice. Will come back!

We contacted Thomas at extremely short notice when our other plans were shorter than we expected. He took great care of us and gave us some wonderfully smooth and well maintained bikes along with helmets and suggestions for routes - down to the lighthouse in the South by way of the beaches. This scenic island is perfect for cycling, and this is a great way to get off the beaten path a bit. Highly recommended if you have half a day or more!
