The team here was very professional and dealt with a tough day! Our driver had a medical issue and was not able to continue our tour but they sent another driver to us very quickly and adjusted the schedule. We have have used the trolley as a way around the island on every visit and they have proven to be a reliable operator.

Me and my wife took a tour today really had a great time, staff is Super friendly and courteous and knowledgeable of the area well worth the tour when in Friday Harbor look them up for a Great tour.

We too were disappointed in our Jolly Trolly experience. They reduced the tours 75%, only every two hours, and doubled the cost. We came to the island for the whales and the most economical way would have been with the $10 fare. Now it’s $20 and no hop on and off. Maybe in a non/Covid year it will be better.

The trolly tour was a highlight of our visit to Friday Harbor. The driver/tour guide Gene was hilarious as we described the quirky and unique aspects of life on the island.
