I went to imperial this past weekend I called and reserved 5 room and used all 5 room . The tv did not work in one of the rooms and there was bed bugs in another rooms. When we told the person in the front desk she said it was season for bed bugs. Like if there is really an excuse. Later I found out I was charged for 6 rooms and only used 5 because there was a no show. A no show when I reserved 5 and used 5 where is the no show. They have no clue on how to do the bookings. Then I called to ask why I had been charged an extra room and the manager decided she did not want to talk to me ( I am Mexican America and speak a good English ) yet she decided the other Latin gril should talk to me and translate for both of us . I would tell her the things in Spanish and she would translate in English with me on the phone I told her I would be able to talk to the manager as I do speak English and her answer was she rather we do it like this what kind of manager is this . Latin lady was rude and screamed at me saying they were going to refund my money and said you were the one that brought the bed bugs to our hotel. My room was not the one that had bed bugs and hell we did not take the. I will never stay at imperial inn hotel ever again . So bad staff and rude I will give them half a star for just doing nothing

Our room was very clean. The bed has white sheets and there wasn't any stains like we have find in another hotels. The A/C works, the bath tub is clean and it's not clogged like it is in another hotels. Our experience here was very very good. It is comfortable and the lady at check in is very nice. Highly recommend 👌

Horrible little hotel..DO NOT STAY HERE!! I give them NO STARS!! My family and I stayed for 2 nights, we were in town for a family memorial service. Never have I ever seen such disgraceful customer service! The day staff was very off putting, not welcoming at all. The manager had a snotty attitude from the start, and only worsened as our stay progressed. We rented 3 rooms, mine looked as though it hadn't been cleaned, as there was a wad of hair and used q-tips in the trash. I went to the front desk, rang the bell and awaited someone to come out of the back room from watching TV..and told them about the mess left behind, asked for a plastic bag for trash. The girl working rolled her eyes, seemingly annoyed to have been bothered, and gave me a pair of gloves to clean it up myself! She said they dont do trash liners, just disinfect the bins...(obviously not!!) She seemed annoyed as well when I had asked for extra shampoo and a box of tissues. The sink in the room my mom was in hadnt been cleaned..wiped down at best, same with the other surfaces..and the little shampoo bottle in her bathroom was half empty, it had been reused from the last guests! The A/C in the room my aunt stayed in wasn't working, after trying everything she could and staff was not interested in helping, and asked the manager if she could change to another room. The manager told her the hotel was full (when there were 4 or 5 cars at any given time, including the 2 we had) and if she wasnt happy with the room she should stay somewhere else! I have never heard someone in hospitality, or in this small town, speak to a guest like that! This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and my family will not be staying here again..we hope you won't either! :)

Our handicap room was very comfortable. We had plenty of room, the bed was comfortable and the shower size was awesome. The staff is very friendly and does whatever is needed to make sure you are comfortable
