We booked this hotel through a 3rd party and our trip was canceled a week in advance. I tried to cancel through the 3rd party site and they said they would refund my money if the GM agreed to it. The hotels cancelation policy is 24 hours in advance and I was trying to cancel a week in advance. The GM was incredibly rude and would not allow a refund. We had already canceled the room so she made $140 off of us and resold the room. This is terrible service for the hospitality industry. Double dipping...shame on you. I know for a fact that you have refunded people that cancel on the same day. I will never stay there EVER and I will spread the word. Where is your integrity? If I could do no stars I would.

We stayed here for 2 days for my step daughter's softball tournament. We arrived early and the girl working behind the desk was not pleasant in any way shape or form. She was extremely negative and refused to allow us to check in early. She allowed us to see the pool, but only with an eye roll. We asked if there was anything to do in the area and her response was and I quote "no, nothing". After spending the day in the hot sun, we just wanted to go back to the pool and relax. The indoor pool room was at least 115°. There was no air filtering in the room and other guests had the outside door propped open with a chair. We complained to the front desk employee as well as all the others that were also in the pool. That same girl refused to do anything about it. Finally, a new girl started her shift and when we voiced our concerns she went into the pool room and very quickly got the air conditioning turned on and it was like a whole other experience! We were finally able to breathe in the room. Why would the other front desk personnel not have done the same thing? She looked completely miserable with life and I really think she needs to move on and find another job. Other than that, the breakfast was very good and the room was clean. Our toilet seat in the room was broken which caused quite an issue, and the bathroom door is in fact a very heavy strange slider door that gives you zero privacy and there is no lock on it. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

We stayed overnight on a Sunday night while traveling across the country for our military PCS. The hotel itself was clean (but had an interesting smell), the pool was warm, breakfast was good, most of the staff were very nice, but our bathroom shower was not and it was a handicap room. There were hairs all over the floor of it. When asked if they had another room that didn’t have a walk in shower (we have three young children- one an 18 month old), there were no other available rooms with two queens (not a big deal) and they wouldn’t then waive the pet fee for us (we were only staying there for one night and it’s a military move- they add up over 10-12 hotels). It seems to be a reoccurring thing with Hampton Inns and we will most likely be choosing other hotels from now on on all of these moves that we have to make for the military.

Arrived late at night.....Dakota was expecting my arrival she was wonderful....very helpful. Check in was great. Easy! Room was picture perfect clean and fresh. Susan Manager very helpful earlier before arrival on phone. Guided me with accurate directions right to Hotel. Very friendly. I will absolutely stay again in Brigham City Hampton Inn.

They do not. Most hotels, especially Hiltons, have gotten rid of them.
They do not but they will give you a coupon to Maddox Ranch House, one of the best steaks I have every had. Lots of other places to eat in town also.
