I enjoyed my stay. As a father of 6 i expect the basics. This place had amicable staff, nothing over the top, nothing underwhelming. The room was fairly clean. Saw 2 tiny ants but thats nothing major. Ac unit worked great. Down to 61! The shower was fine, could use an updated shower head. Hot water and water pressure were great. The location is amazing. Right off the highway. Tons of places to eat and get gas. Its def an older building but overall i would stay here again!

Our room and hot tub was beyond 5 stars. However, the way the older lady treated us was rudely disgusting. She kept charging more than needed then taking cash. Did NOT recieve our incidentle refund in 4-5 days like told in the beginning. The old lady was very rude by yelling at us and screaming which if provided their cameras will prove. She refused to let us speak and told us we are the reason for her getting upset and screaming. She has no people skills and does not know how to work with the public. When we told the girl at check out what was going on she told us the old lady has been there for a long time and the manager would not be doing anything about it. It has been over a week still calling about my refund.. nothing. I do NOT recommend. Spending an extra 25 for Microtel and having a hot tub room there is definitely worth it. Very disappointed in the way the Econo Lodge treats their guests.

Walked into a Handicapped King Room. I checked the Sheets .. Actually were Clean. Like Many Expensive Hotels I have Checked their Beds out & the Sheets were dirty. Not going to name them. Econo Lodge I will give you 3* for a Clean Room. You need to add Life to your Outdoors though ~ like the Shrubbery & Trees need to be Cut down & Cleared in the Back. Trash needs to be picked up. You have a Nice property if you would fix it up and Give LIFE back into it. I am Retired from Working with Holiday Inn & Comfort Inn Corporate for 30 yrs. Have a Nice day.

Only real bright spot here is the fact that the staff and people around me weren't loud or annoying. Though I wasn't staying on a weekend. Two holes in the top comforter which appeared to be hastily stitches by my six year-old niece. Neither my freezer or refrigerator was working. Deliberately wasn't looking for other faults because I knew I'd find them. I didn't have to, they crawled out in front of me while heating up some leftovers. I didn't bring it up at checkout and I probably should have... But there were customers in the common area I didn't want to freak out. But roaches in both the bathroom and in the sleeping space. Coincidentally, didn't sleep much in the room I paid for. To the staff: Booked my room online, you have my phone and email address to make this right. Piece of advice from a line IN YOUR CITY, Orkin is effective and one call away.
