Good - 1. Great location lots of food options available. 2. The lobby and restrooms are kept very clean. 3. Staff member Elva was very accommodating. Bad - 1. Was told by the front desk receptionist that no smoking was allowed in the Courtyard but when I went out there there was a smoker's Pole. See pictures attached. 2. Order a chocolate cake from The bistro it was very dried out, The older gentleman worked in the bar immediately got an attitude when I asked for a different one.. He said they're all the same which he was right because the 2nd one was also dried out. 3. Went down to the front desk to report some type of rodent scratching the ceiling in my room for the past 2 days. The woman working the front desk immediately went to the back to speak to the manager, She returned and said that she can move me to a different room. Very disappointed as the manager was in the back and never bothered to come up front to apologize. Atcheck out I reminded them about the rodent in the room and asked for the manager to contact me still have not had any communication. 4. Titanium members are not acknowledged at this hotel as the $10 food credit is only applied for one day, Even if you're staying for a week as I did.

The hotel is nice and clean. Pool was good. We booked here as they Said breakfast was included with our booking. Was very disappointed as there was no free hot breakfast. The sofa bed too is not comfortable to sit on at all. It's a strange half circle.

This hotel was clean when we got in. That is best i can say. Stayed 3 nights and not once did we have our room cleaned or restocked at all. We had to ask for more tp and tissues!. We had to get towels each day because there was no air circulation in bathroom. Towels were ridiculously small. Had to open a window to get any air movement. Bistro was closed on sunday. No free breakfast like most hotels at this level. Had to get ice filled by front desk clerk or go to another floor (was on first floor). Lighting in the room was horrible - Night light by bed and dim lighting over desk. Couldnt read by either light comfortably. Not an enjoyable stay - not the standard for Marriott.

Nice looking rooms and some have a balcony. The sofa bed however is not comfortable to sit on at all. It's a strange half circle so big your feet are nowhere near the ground.
