My daughter's school track team had reserved rooms and the hotel gave their rooms to another school. Once they got rooms ready it was after 10pm. Once in the room she said she saw a bug in her bed. Now we are worried she brought bed bugs home. I'm beyond mad about this. Wish they would have went to a different hotel

Hotel staff went above and beyond to allow an early check-in for a funeral we needed to attend. The room was beautiful & comfortable beds!

Great price, indoor pool & hot tub, USB outlets by bed great staff, very clean even while remodeling. Would stay again in a heartbeat. This was a Holiday Inn Express now remolding to become Best Western. No breakfast & no place to sit in lobby because of construction but we did not need that we were in the car all day together. My room was refreshed on the 3rd floor & very nicely done. Beds super comfy & 4 fluffy pillows per bed. Bug proof covers on beds so no worries there. My brothers room was not redone yet but still quite good, clean & comfortable, linens fresh & stain free. They’re only complaint was a crack in the tub wall but I’m sure the remodeling will address that in due course. If you want nicer room ask for upper floors. I don’t know what some folks reviewed as the “restaurant “ but it is right next door to a Liberty truck stop with a Joe’s Dinner Grille that has great food & awesome service. Only downside there is a dirty mens room. Also for those like me with very sensitive hearing that side of the hotel you can hear trucks moving about @ night. Also FYI County Inn is kitty corner in our case $50 more per room

I got my car stuck in snow the first night. The overnight front desk lady helped us out immediately. The front desk lady the next two days sat and Sunday was amazing. She talked with my daughter (this was her first hotel stay) and we felt such great hospitality. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Thank you so much for a nice stay!
