Very nice concept - U-shaped, village-style with rooms that are pie slice, V-shaped. Rooms, clean, nice layout. Great price. Only downside is the flies! None came into the room with me, but I killed 5! Better than mosquitoes, but still annoying. Apparently, not a problem unique to my stay, as there is a fly swatter for the guests (see photo). I know fly paper is pretty tacky (pun intended), but would be nice to relax in the room without flies landing on your face.

It's a Hidden Gem! I found this place accidentally when I was looking for an inexpensive hotel to just crash out halfway to my destination. I couldn't believe a place with rooms under $100 could possibly have nine stars on hotels.com, but review after review recommend it and I booked it. Check-in was super easy and the clerk was very nice. The lobby was very clean and it's connected to what appears to be a lovely restaurant. Right now the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, so I will amend this review if I eat there. When I entered the room I will admit that it had that musty smell that you get from motel rooms that don't have the air conditioning on constantly, but once I figured out how to use the air conditioner, cooled the room, it was not noticeable. I have a room with one queen, and get this, a small jetted tub! The room is immaculately clean, the bathroom is spacious and although the furniture does look a little old, it does not look dirty or worn. Once I got settled in my room, I decided to walk around the property and discovered the very cute pool area as well as two separate playgrounds for kids. Behind the hotel is a really nice stream and if you get one of the larger rooms it has a back porch that you can sit back and enjoy a very beautiful and restful view I will definitely stay here anytime I am making this trip, which I do at least once a year. I hate giving it a good review though, because I don't want to many people to find it! It's that good.

Very clean and up to date. Large tv selection. Bed is comfortable. Whirlpool tub in the bathroom is nice. Will stay here again next time I come through. Price is very good. Much better than the chain hotels. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant on site.

very nicely managed, well appointed rooms, clean and well-organized. safe and well-lit parking right in front of each room. Great balcony overlooking a large lawn; quiet and peaceful. easy access off I 81. dog friendly and kid friendly, including a playground and pool. good value for a reasonable price. highly recommended.

They charge an additional fee of $15.00 per night. No bags available for waste pick, plus no place to deposit. Seen waste bags tossed under balconies and around property or just no pick of waste. Unsanitary!
