Would give 0 stars if possible. The man attempted to charge me ($2 per package) to drop off free returns for UPS. This is against UPS policy . Drop amazon and other returns elsewhere. The man is a con artist and will overcharge you every chance he gets.

This is an address of commercial mail receiving service. We have hundred customers using our business address to receive mail. We do not send email to anyone. Whatever our customers do, does not involve us. We are listed on Google as UPS shipping because we are doing UPS shipping. Yes you can. There is one thing you have bear in mind, we are not responsible for the shipment once it leaves our office. Any damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of UPS the company not ours
No, it's a small private shipping store. No amazon drop-off. The name is misleading and should be changed.
Yes, we do give a receipt. As far as lost package , responsibility lies with UPS, the company, that does transportation.
