We recently got married at The Dumbo Loft and it was a great experience! After losing our first venue due to a pandemic closure, booking The Dumbo Loft as a replacement, and having to reschedule...we finally got married on 03/19/22. The staff was great to work with throughout the entire process and we absolutely loved the space. I did have some anxiety over the logistics of having a completely personal wedding in a raw space but the end result was exactly what we wanted!

I don't know if you still need the answer to this, but it depends on the day. It's $4,500 on Saturdays, $3,500 on Fridays and Sundays, and $2,500 Mondays-Thursdays. That's just to rent the space. There's an additional refundable $1,000 deposit and you also have to buy insurance for the day of the event at $195.
My nephew had their own wedding catering.
Safe as safe can be. No issues. It is just a space. You have to hire someone for catering, decorating, etc. It might be tight for 250 though.

Nice space but its blank and you provide all details of setup and breakdowns. They do provide table and chairs upon request
Street parking if you're lucky. There are parking garages available as well.
