So I'm hearing that the venue is around $3,000 to $5,000, but I wanted to know more like for how many hours is the space booked, can 250-300 people fit, chairs and tables are provided but what about linens, cutlery etc, and how safe is the area?

Safe as safe can be. No issues. It is just a space. You have to hire someone for catering, decorating, etc. It might be tight for 250 though.

I'm not sure about the price or the tables and linens.... but the area is safe, and the wedding I was at easily has 200ppl and didnt feel crowded. Plus you're a block away from the street with the Brooklyn bridge, so great photo shoot opportunity

I was there for a wedding of about 200 people we had enough space for dancing the staff is very nice and the neighborhood is safe.
