Staff is genuine. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are exactly what you expected and beyond. Great location. Easy to find. Complimentary breakfast is delicious always fresh and have different options through out the week.

I stayed in a very fancy and swanky modern room with a full kitchen (including dishes and anything that you would need to cook your own food) and queen-sized bed. It also had a flat screen TV, a small breakfast nook, a business table, and a nice sectional sofa with a tray table so you could eat while you watched a show or a movie. There was a dresser, two nightstands, plenty of lighting, and what I would call a powder room. It was basically a closet on one side and a large sink on the other leading up to the bathroom. The hotel itself has a lot of amenities like a business center, continental breakfast, a convenience store, fitness room, pool and spa, salon, Showtime, and Wi-Fi. It's also close to many restaurants and stores. It's not too far away from JMU either. The staff was super friendly as well. Everything was so crisp and clean. It's definitely the type of hotel that you would use if you were planning to stay for a while. My bed was a little uncomfortable and I don't think any of the rooms would have the best view based on the location, but they make up for that with what you get for your money.

We had a great time staying here. The kids and I enjoyed the pool while my husband enjoyed the gym. Great price for being Christmas time, room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Our room was pretty great, king bed and sofa bed, desk and kitchen. We stayed almost a week while visiting family and had a lot to do nearby within walking distance, or a short drive, to be entertained and have a good time.
