Excellent customer service and what I expected from a dump. Trash every where and staff able to direct you to your choice of disposal areas whether you are hip and cool and recycle or a lazy trash dude or dudette who just throws away things all willy nilly like.

Rates are acceptable. Not great, not terrible. Hours are better now, but still not very good for most people who work normal hours. Would really like to see them open an hour or two later during the week.

They do NOT pay for recycling. You come in and self-sort your recycling into 5 different bins -- aluminum cans, glass, tin cans (like soup cans), cardboard, and then mixed paper.

I can't answer this specifically, however, I have seen number cards and wondered what they were for... I am in and out of there multiple times per day so I'll try to remember to ask next time I'm there.
