They do NOT pay for recycling. You come in and self-sort your recycling into 5 different bins -- aluminum cans, glass, tin cans (like soup cans), cardboard, and then mixed paper.
I have never been paid for bring cans there and I've been doing garbage and recycling they're for years but I've never asked either
