Every 6 mos. your rent increases 50,75, this mo.150.00. Every apt cooling is controlled by a prehistoric beast that doesn't always work. It's either heat or cooling, they decide. When it's time for fall, air goes off and doesn't return until March. Don't believe the pictures, you will not get anything close to this
