Cheap price for the large room we got and the beds are comfortable. They have friendly staff,property is beautiful and they even have a small diner attached to it fro breakfast and lunch. I was NOT happy with the cleanliness of the room :( chocolate bars on the floor from the last person, dust all over the pictures, head lamps, dressers etc. It’s a lot cleaner than 90% of the hotel/ suites down OC that’s for sure

The rooms are very old fashioned. Think Jersey shore style and decade. We had a leak and staff came to fix it right away, which was good. But no staff ever came to replace our towels or anything else. The location is not the best. I don't know if it is like this all the time, but there was a lot of noise at night. We heard police sirens, fire trucks, noisy cars and motorcycles, and loud people in the streets constantly. Also, on our last night there was this extremely loud banging noise outside that shook the building. It sounded like two huge dumpsters came to life and started brawling with each other.

We have been staying here for many years (previously Beachmark). Close to beach, shopping, dining- you can park & not move your car for days. Safe, quiet & convenient. Recent improvements & upgrades to rooms are a bonus! Rooms are clean-Housekeeping/janitorial staff are so pleasant & make sure you have what you need. We appreciate you🤩 Sophia (Front desk Mgr) was extremely helpful & pleasant. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

After I booked and paid for the room, I continued to read reviews. I was getting more disappointed so I made a trip to the hotel a few days before our reservation so I could see the hotel/room. I was greeted by the NEW GM. I asked to see a room due to the bad reviews I had been reading. He was in the middle of a conference call but he put my concerns first! He explained that the reviews I was reading were BEFORE he became the GM and guaranteed that was all in the past! He showed me a room and I was impressed!! Very clean and smelled great!!! The day of our reservation, we arrived feeling so much better!! Martin, the GM, I thank you again for making our concerns your top priority!! Definitely 5+ stars!!!!

Yes they were upgrading as far as the outside some of the rooms were being done the bathrooms came little ways if you're saying it was stuck in the seventies we had a blue bathroom with the tile I slept in room with three kids so we all had her own bed and they still have the sofa leather sofa and the lawn chairs are in the room farming for the price that I paid for one night a hundred and some dollars I think that was pretty good compared to what the other hotels why charging for the night
