My experience is a good one. This hotel did some renovations so it looks very nice. The pool is a plus. And I had all to my self the other day. The property manager KImberly and her staff show excellent customer service and made sure that my needs were met. My only mishap was that I had no microwave😐.

I had originally made three separate reservations via phone for our group at the beginning of July. I had called down a week prior to just to confirm because two out of three of our group members never received confirmation via Email. When I called they had 2 of 3 of my original reservations. They took all the information over the phone including the debit/credit card number the day of the booking. I asked them to make things right as we needed to have another room due to our party size! The lady refused to make things right and had to pay full price for another room! When we arrived the lady at the check in was very nice! We got to our room and boy it wasn’t what we expected! Our toilet felt as if you were sitting on a rocking chair. No shower curtains! When one of our members called to request towels they didn’t have any! The one pull out sofa was broke! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as the customer service and owner/manager were are just plan rude!!!

Horrible stay. No toilet paper holder, bugs dirty sheets bathroom smells horrible. I had to sweep the room sticky floors. Hot water took 10 minutes to heat up. Huge spider under the dresser and in the bathroom. Staff were nice when I checked in. Guest fighting all night. Upstairs guest stumping on the floors unable to sleep. I recommend you stay at Microtel hotel or somewhere other than bedtime inn. It will be a little more money but it’s worth it. I really had a horrible stay. Please read the reviews they are true.
