Upon checkin on July 8th I was given a filthy room on the first floor, the bed looked as if someone had been laying on it and the couch had multiple noticeable stains, I went back and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and was given a second room. The room on the 4th floor seemed to be cleaner until I noticed what appeared to be a bedbug, one of which had been smushed and left on the bed closest to the bathroom. I was utterly disgusted not just by the uncleanliness of the rooms but also the way the young man at the front desk handled the situation. He was very nonchalant and condescending to say the least, after almost an hour of getting no where I decided to go elsewhere and was informed I wouldn’t get refunded due to the rate.. I’ve never in my life had an issue at any Marriott nor chain hotel that we’ve stayed at and this hotel was by far the worst. One of my relatives also had a room there and her issues with the beds not being made and dirty sheets weren’t addressed either. When your on vacation especially with children the last thing you want to worry about is your room being unsanitary or bug infested but after reading the reviews about this particular hotel I see we made a huge mistake booking here.

This 5 star review is to reflect the amazing customer service that we received from check-in to check-out. Everyone that we came into contact with were very nice, professional and accommodating. It's very rare to get that these days! The hotel is not bad for the price point and it looks like they are doing some renovations to upgrade it even further. We'll be looking forward to seeing it when the upgrades are complete. Thanks to their manager Kurt, housekeeping, and the front desk staff for providing us with top notch customer service!

Very nice business stay. Tina at the front desk was very friendly and sweet. The breakfast selection was great. My only real "complaint" was that the tv didn't actually turn to the tv enough to see it. The tv was glued to the desk so you couldn't shift the base to make it more possible to see.

Check in is at 3 but if you get there a little earlier than that and they have a room available they are usually ok with checking you in.
