Doesn't offer day rates! Our water heater went out and was in need of a hot shower. I asked about renting for a few hours just to shower. They said that day rate/dayuse isn't allowed. Called Holiday Inn express and got a great deal for 2 hour use.

Staff was impolite and rude. Accused of smoking in the room when it was the room down the hall (which we could smell in the hallway all night along with loud music and yelling). Refused to return deposit because of it. Staff lied about helping w the issue and led us through the building multiple times without actually assisting with the issue. The hotel manager gave us false information and threatened to call the police (funny you couldn’t do that for the party downstairs). Just to be clear: we were cussed and yelled at along with not being able to say anything in return to clarify the issues going on. Any sort of resolution was ignored by all management staff. Horrible room lighting(lots of lights were out), burn holes in the blankets of our “non-smoking” room (what a joke), rude staff (you can accuse us but not stop the party happening on a Tuesday night, sad..), and the bathroom smelled horrible!

The Staff are Wonderful. The price is Great. My Room was Very Clean. For the Price u can't beat it. We have stayed in other Hotels across the US. This is the First one that I didn't have to Clean. The Hotel could use some upgrades. But, Overall it was a Safe environment to stay at. Thanks to the Staff

We checked on Friday 24th of September stayed until Sunday the 26th the lady sorry i didnt get her name, was really nice polite sweet helpful! Very Wonderful😊☺😍😁 Place was clean, well maintained, comfortable. Had breakfast every morning, coffee etc! Rooms were updated! All around excellent stay and service!! 😊😊😊
