We've been living here for about 3.5 years now. It's relatively quite, close to shopping and schools. My son loves the pool and pretty much spends all summer there. Staff had always been pleasant and quick to fix any maintenance issues.

Constant bulk trash items strewn throughout the neighborhood, roaches in the buildings, and neighbors that smash into cars and think it's fine to just leave. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless there's absolutely no other options.

No complaints and the operation is run very well by management. Any needs are quickly addressed and the grounds are kept looking nice so the entire place always looks good.
