I am there all the time. There are two young men that always help me and are always so pleasant and helpful! Sometimes I feel bad because I have so many returns, but they just smile and joke with me! I wish I had the two young mens names, I will find out and update this review, they deserve recognition. They are amazing! Update - Their names are Ryan and Brad. They are the sweetest and most polite young men!

As a first time grandmother I wanted to make my son and his wife a banner for their new baby upon their arrival home. Needless to say I ran out of time, called the Prince Frederick UPS and Alexis in no time made this beautiful banner for them. This is the 2nd banner she has made for me and they both turned out exactly as I imagined. She's awesome thank you Alexis❤

We have a PO box at this store and we have used multiple of their services including the notary services and have also ordered a stamp from them for our business. Everyone is friendly there. Have had no issues returning packages or lost mail. As soon as I walk into the store everyone greets me and even offer to check the mail for me.

The owner of this establishment is the rudest person. I understand that masks are required at the moment and I didn’t realize I didn’t have mine on so she waits until the end of the transaction to tell me “Don’t come back in here without a mask” - it’s not WHAT you say, it’s HOW you say it. I reply, “No problem, I won’t come back in at all” - which she replies with “That would be great!” She needs a lesson in customer service. She will never have my business again. This wasn’t the first rude interaction With her.
